Wayne Strandlund is Victoria Real Estate Board’s Member of the Year 2000. The current president of the B.C. Real Estate Association was recognized for his service to the board, the real estate industry and the community at large. He was also awarded the board's Certificate of Appreciation.
“The Member of the Year Award is especially close to my heart, and will be displayed prominently on my wall,” says Strandlund. “To be recognized by your colleagues, not for sales, but for being just a good guy, is very important to me.” Strandlund is a 33‑year veteran in real estate, and has worked in sales, appraisal, leasing, property management, land development, construction management and insurance.
