Century 21 Canada has expanded in New Brunswick and added two new offices in Ontario. In Saint John, Century 21 River-Valley Realty enlarged its office space to keep up with an increase in salespeople.
“We recently expanded our office space by over 30 per cent to better accommodate our growing sales force, and to provide a professional, spacious environment to welcome our burgeoning ranks of loyal customers,” says Nancy Thorne, who co-owns the company with Harold Coughlan.
In Niagara Falls, one of the largest local independents has joined the Century 21 franchise. R.T. Salci Real Estate is now part of Century 21 Today Realty, becoming the fifth office in this company’s growing Niagara region network. “In combination with our offices located in St. Catharines, Fonthill and Fort Erie, the addition of R.T. Salci Real Estate’s Niagara Falls location is another example of our ongoing commitment to the powerful benefits of a true regional real estate network,” says Eugene Pilato, owner of Century 21 Today Realty. The company has been part of Century 21 since 1980 and is one of the largest firms within this franchise system.
In Etobicoke, Ontario, Century 21 Elite Realty is now open for business. The new ‘executive office’ – a small boutique operation – is being run by Michael Notice and administrator Margaret Star. Notice previously owned a Re/Max franchise.
“Niche marketing represents a significant portion of real estate sales in larger centres today,” says Brian Rushton, vice-president of franchise sales for Century 21 Canada. “By offering the executive franchise concept to smaller offices like Century 21 Elite Realty, this allows them to benefit from the size and scope of the Century 21 system while enjoying the flexibility and personalized marketing services of a smaller office environment.”
